I love kombucha for so many reasons.
I am trying to cut my intake of coffee down this year, and replacing it with kombucha some days is an easy switch. I am not a heavy coffee drinker – I only drink it when I feel like I need to because my eyes won’t stay open. Only for late nights, early mornings, studying, stuff like that. So for me, swapping coffee for kombucha in the morning is easy. But if you are an avid coffee drinker, maybe try swapping coffee for kombucha on the weekends to give it a try. It gives me a great boost of energy that doesn’t slowly wear off the same way coffee does.
There are a lot of different acids that are also found in kombucha. The acids help provide many of the benefits.
THE ACIDS IT CAN CONTAIN:
+ Malic Acid
[ Detoxifying ]
+ Nucleic Acid
[ aids in the regeneration of cells ]
+ Amino Acid
[ building blocks of protein for muscles ]
+ Lactic Acid
[ essential for digestion ]
+ Oxalic Acid
[ natural preservative & encourages cellular energy production ]
+ Gluconic Acid
[ helps with gut health and fights yeast infections ]
+ Acetic Acid
[ has anti-microbial properties, and helps stabilize blood sugar ]
+ Glucaric Acid
[ helps fight cancer ]
I love drinking this with my breakfast. Great alternative to soda or coffee. I am not a soda person so I just drink this sometimes when I want some flavor other than water.
Let me know if you have any kombucha recommendations or any other healthy drink options. Share, share, share. I love trying out new drinks and new things. Share your tips and tricks.
